R.L. Deppmann’s annual health and wellness competition has been a much anticipated group activity since 2012. This nine-year-long tradition has evolved from a wellness contest to a contest with a charitable twist.
Each January, Deppmann team members who wish to participate, individually make positive lifestyle changes both at home and around the office. Each pound lost is matched by the company with a $3.00 donation to a health-focused charity of choice. For the past two years, the charity chosen has been the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
